Lavorare nel sociale, per il sociale
Il testo che di seguito si propone all’attenzione di tutti i soggetti impegnati nelle associazioni e nelle organizzazioni del terzo settore ha una storia in un cer-to senso paradossale; è stato ideato e definito nei primi anni duemila ed è stato ripreso, ridefinito nei contenuti e nelle finalità in un contesto temporale e sociale e po-litico assai diverso dal periodo precedente la crisi strut-turale in cui siamo ancora coinvolti.
Il contenuto nei suoi caratteri essenziali in real-tà non è mutato; anzi per tanti aspetti l’attenzione al sociale e alla necessità, anzi alla urgenza della mobili-tazione delle sue risorse informali, non istituzionali e non riconducibili alla logica e alle performance delle imprese, è divenuta ancora più forte, per la sentita ne-cessità di costruire risposte agli effetti diffusivi della crisi sociale.
A partire dal basso, però, dalle espressioni del-la società e della economia civile; occorre lavorare nel sociale e per il sociale, se si intende condividere con altre realtà l’insieme delle risposte concrete e differen-ziate da rendere accessibili ai portatori di bisogni e di domande sociali.

Working in social, for social
The text below is aimed at the attention of all those involved in associations and organizations in the third sector having a somewhat paradoxical history; it was conceived and defined in the early 2000s and was re-sumed, redefined in content and purpose in a tem-poral, social and political context far different from the period before the structural crisis in which we are still involved.
The content in its essential characters has not really changed; In many respects, the attention to the social and the necessity, as well as the urgency of the mobilization of its informal, non-institutional re-sources and not related to business logic and perfor-mance, has become even stronger because of the need to build responses to diffusing effects of the social crisis.
From the bottom, however, from the expres-sions of society and the civil economy; we need to work in social and social, if we want to share with other realities the set of concretes and differentiated responses to be made accessible to those who are in need and social questions.
